Over her 12+ years at PTC, she has advanced through multiple senior roles, guiding PLM and subscriptionbased implementations and shaping customer success operations across Latin and North America.

Directs a team of account executives and business development professionals across North America, guiding the success of organizations within PTC’s Digital Thread portfolio. During his nine-year tenure, Stu has advanced through multiple leadership roles, including manager of CAD Sales, Account Executive for Creo Simulation Live, and Business Development Team Lead. His experience spans full-cycle sales, sales coaching, channel collaboration, and supporting our engineers in adopting technologies that enable faster design iteration and improved innovation.

Manages the preparation, review, and release of CAD demos for major segment launches, applying the expertise he built through our Technical Rotational Leadership Development Program. His work spans demo development, solution experience, and crosssegment operations, with contributions ranging from managing Mathcad Prime and Creo demos to building and deploying global installations, including exhibitions in Tokyo and Paris. In addition to his technical leadership, Jorge serves as a CoLead of PTC’s HOLA CRG, helping foster community, culture, and representation across the organization.

Leads the technical organization behind Onshape, John is focused on advancing secure, scalable SaaS operations and driving innovation across our product ecosystem. Recognized as a PTC Change Maker, JR is the driving force behind the successful launch of Onshape Government, a secure CAD solution built for compliance in AWS GovCloud.
