Boston summer internship program
Our 12-week paid summer internship program at our Boston headquarters offers students an immersive learning experience with hands on work experience in areas across the organization. Interning in PTC's corporate headquarters provides students with the opportunity to work on high-visibility and high-impact projects.
We offer positions across all organizations, including technology, strategy, finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Executive lunch and learn series
Interns are invited to weekly lunch and learns, where executive leadership provides advice and insight into various PTC and career development topics.
Dedicated intern coaches
Interns are provided a designated intern coach to mentor and support them throughout the summer.
Intern showcase
The intern showcase is held at the end of the summer and provides students with a platform to network with employees while sharing the work they did that made a real impact.
Barcelona high velocity sales internship program
Based in Barcelona, Spain, our High Velocity Sales Intern Program focuses on training the sales team of the future by offering hands on, high visibility work and trainings. The multi-cultural and creative environment of our Barcelona office fosters growth and learning for all students.
We offer positions that utilize German, French, Dutch, Nordic/English, Italian, and Spanish languages.

Our Barcelona internship program provides a few unique benefits:
Specialized trainings
All interns start with 6 weeks of specialized training in sales and PTC products. After that period, they’ll participate in several other seminars and workshops for the sales team.
Coaching and mentorship program
Interns are provided a designated Intern Supervisor who will help them develop both their soft and technical sales skills. The Supervisor also acts as a mentor to support them throughout their time at PTC.
Intern perks
Interns receive an allowance as well as luncheon vouchers to use throughout their internship.
India full year internship program
A year-long internship in our India office provides students with a platform to showcase their talents and build a foundation for their career. Over the course of the year, students gain an in-depth understanding of PTC’s products and strategy as well as invaluable early career experience.
Beginning in June of each year, this paid internship program offers positions across all organizations including Research & Development, General & Administration, and Customer Success.
