The People Team encompasses several functions at PTC. Each plays a crucial role in driving our culture and creating a meaningful employee experience.

Benefits manages the global employee benefits experience to help all employees thrive in all aspects of their lives. Compensation oversees the distribution and management of compensation to all global employees. Employee Communications and Engagement enriches the global employee experience through effective communication, worldwide events, and innovative programs.
The Inclusion and Diversity Team celebrates and promotes a sense of belonging for all employees around the world by empowering and respecting what makes them unique. Talent Acquisition recruits and attracts top talent to drive PTC’s strategy forward. Organizational Development creates strategic plans to achieve new levels of effectiveness, productivity, and personal development.
HR Business Partners work with business leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives. Employee Services is the first point of contact for employees needing HR assistance in addition to ensuring accurate and complete employment information is maintained for all employees. The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) team is responsible for the support and maintenance of PTC’s human capital management systems. They support processing employee data, generating HR-related reports/analytics, managing system upgrades/implementations, and maintaining data integrity.
