Takuya Saito
Senior Customer Success Manager
Develops strategic roadmaps to ensure our customers’ success. Takuya plays a pivotal role in helping today’s organizations navigate complex digital transformation journeys, particularly through platforms like Codebeamer and Vuforia Expert Capture. His contributions continue to strengthen PTC’s impact across Japan.
Yuko Harada
Support Administrator
Provides technical support for web accounts, eSupport, and Cloud Portal access. After spending three years in inside sales, Yuko transitioned to her current role, where she supports customers while enhancing her technical expertise. She is also part of the ‘Work Satisfaction Lab,’ a volunteer cohort dedicated to optimizing working environments in our Japan offices. She is particularly excited about using her expertise to empower new hires as they acclimate to #LifeatPTC.
Jinju Seo
Inside Sales Account Executive
Works closely with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver customized solutions that address the evolving needs of Japan’s manufacturing sector. A key contributor to PTC’s enablement strategy, Jinju has developed and deployed essential training materials for Windchill, ThingWorx, and Codebeamer—equipping team members with the technical knowledge and practical tools needed to help customers solve today’s challenges and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities.

Leverages her expertise in strategic hiring to connect top talent to new opportunities at PTC. Luna is known for her commitment to building high-performing teams that align with our organizational goals.
Noriyuki Zaizen
CAD Segment, Director of Customer Success & Presales
Leads initiatives that integrate AI-driven technologies into manufacturing workflows, enhancing efficiency, automation, and product development capabilities. Noriyuki has deep expertise in Creo Elements and AI-powered engineering innovations aimed at revolutionizing production processes.
