Watchlists for Cases

Other users in your company can add themselves to a watchlist to stay updated on case updates. Watchers receive notifications for case closure, severity changes, and escalations.

Click on More -> Manage Watchers to add or remove Watchers. Typeahead (autocomplete) capabilities are present to provide suggestions for users as they type usernames to add to Watchlists.

Case contact is a Watcher by default and is notified on important case updates.

For phase 1 of Go-live, we have limited the number of watchers to 10. Based on adoption and feedback, we can make modifications to this restriction.

Access Model

  • Users from within the same customer number with case access can manage Watchlists
  • Case creators are watchers by default
  • Online Supervisors and Case Contact have additional privileges to add/remove watchers (users from within the same customer number) as necessary.
