Overview

To enhance your experience when interacting with PTC Technical Support, we’re introducing three new features in the eSupport tools - Case Viewer, Support Assistant, and Case Tracker. These features aim to improve case information flow, tagging, findability, and collaboration.

  • Inline Images: Add images during case creation and when adding case comments
  • Watch List for Cases: Add users as watchers to cases to stay updated on case updates
  • Case Tracking Labels with Multi-value Tagging: Add new labels or select from existing ones to tag cases

Please note that there are no changes to the existing workflows.
