Multiple images, along with text can be inserted in the “Additional Details” section during case creation in the Support Assistant to provide clearer context for your technical issues. Images can be either copied and pasted from the system or dragged and dropped.
During Case Creation:

Insert Inline Images in Additional Details:

View the inserted images in Case Comments:

Please note: Inline images cannot be provided for an ITAR or CUI or NDA flagged case. “Additional Details” section would be hidden once the user clicks on “I intend to submit sensitive data to PTC for this case…”
