PTC 121 Seaport

The holidays are already in full swing and, with little more than a month until we move our global headquarters to Boston’s Innovation District, PTC is looking ahead to our next big adventure!

Despite the blustery winter weather, PTC is heating up our new 121 Seaport location, a newly-constructed 17-story building with a streamlined elliptical shape and spectacular views of Boston Harbor. As a leader in today’s hottest technologies – including augmented reality, industrial Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and more – PTC expects the move to enhance our ability to attract and retain top talent as well as draw in customers and partners from around the world.

Recently, PTC made our new home official by installing our logo, which represents a symbiotic relationship between the physical and digital worlds. At PTC, our mission is to help industrial enterprises capitalize on the promise of digital transformation and drive the future of innovation.

PTC's farewell to Needham celebration

PTC bid farewell to our Needham campus last week, with our President & CEO Jim Heppelmann giving a champagne toast to celebrate all the achievements and memories over the past 15+ years. Employees enjoyed a graffiti wall, photobooth, candy bar, silent auction, and comfort food and drinks.

“PTC is strong and proud, and we want to put our company on display in the Seaport,” said Heppelmann during his toast. “I’m excited about where PTC is going and the role the new headquarters is going to play in helping us to be a great company.”

Stay tuned for additional updates on PTC’s Seaport move. Happy holidays!
