Description

  •  Fails to save to workspace if Windows account contains umlauts (such as ö, ä)
  • Creo Illustrate returns a "File save Error" pop-up: The file could not be compressed. Please try saving again later or in a different location.
  • If the user's (Windows) home folder path contains non-ASCII characters: Creo Illustrate Direct Connection to Windchill may have issues working with files.
  • This includes and is not limited to downloading and opening files from a server.
