Kepware Tag _System._Error or _System._NoError fails to properly update in ThingWorx Platform

Description
- After restarting KEPServerEX while the communication between the PLC and Kepware is disconnected, the NoError property in ThingWorx remains set to 1 (true) and does not revert to 0 (false)
- Kepware NoError tag is updating but ThingWorx NoError value is not updating
- Channel.Device._System._NoError is not being updated in ThingWorx Platform
- ThingWorx Platform is not getting updates for the _NoError tag from ThingWorx Kepware Server
- After PLC disconnection, NoError tag stays False even after communication is restored
- NoError tag is bound from Kepware via Industrial Thing
