Description
- Icons, Actions and Links are missing from Windchill Homepage and Site > Utilities for Administrators after upgrade
- Administrators cannot access License Management after importing a new Windchill license file
- Unable to access to Site Administrator page after import the license file on upgraded Windchill
- Mostly all links disappear on the Site > Utilities page after importing a new license file
- In Organization>Utilities & Site > Utilities some of the utilities are missing and not visible from the organization and site level. This issue is inconsistent in random manner
- wcadmin user currently not able to see Type and Attribute Management and some other administrative actions
- Mostly all links disappear when the Site Administrator belongs to:
- A license profile that is disabled
- License Exclusion Group
- The Administrator cannot view all utilities in Site > Utilities
- Impossible to view / Not able to see menu and contexts
- In production server site and organization level options and navigator search is not visible
- After login with wcadmin search bar and utilities are not showing, admin account lost all system function
- The Administrator (wcadmin) is unable to see part related actions
- The Site Administrator (wcadmin) is unable to see below
- Site/Utilities tools
- Products/Libraries/Projects icons
- Any Object's Information Page
- Search tab
- When wcadmin logs in to Windchill and navigate to Site > Utilities, it shows like this:
- User in Administrators group is unable to see Projects icons
- Admin and non-admin user unable to access Type and Attribute page in FlexPLM
- After upgrade or Migration, wcadmin user is not able to access the License Management page and an error is displayed:
Status Code: 403 Message: Attention: You do not have permission to access this page. Contact your administrator if you believe you have received this message in error.
- The Administrator cannot view Move for Choice Objects
- Below error found in Method server logs:
ERROR [pool-9-thread-1] wt.licenseusage.licensing.PaidLicenseManager - Failed to acquire license from trusted storage. Mandatory feature are either missing or all features are expired. ERROR [pool-9-thread-1] wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicenseScheduledTask - License error : Capability Response is null.
