Upload CAD Document fails with error "Failed to get Url information for content files to upload them to server" in Windchill PDMLink

Description

  • Upload fails with error in Windchill integrated Creo Parametric when NGINX reverse-proxy is configured 
    Failed to get URL information for content files to upload them to server.
Error details: Error occurred while executing HTTP request.
  • Check-in of any model fails
  • Error reported in the Event Management : 
    Failed to get Url information for content files to upload them to server. Error details:
Error occurred while executing HTTP request.
  • No errors are reported in the Method Server log.
  • The following EPMDocument upload request is not recorded in the Apache log(access.log):

  • Uploading WTDocoument from the embedded browser is successful.
  • Uploading CAD Documents failed with an error:
