Unable to log on to ThingWorx with Administrator account

Description
- ThingWorx is running successfully but unable to login with the administrator account
- Not able to login to ThingWorx Composer
- Credentials appear to be correct, but ThingWorx is not allowing login
- When attempting to login to ThingWorx with twadmin, getting a redirect message but the login fails to complete
- Unable to log on to ThingWorx with the Administrator password in PTC hosted environment
- ThingworxStorage\logs\SecurityLog.log contains errors:
