After SSO is enabled ThingWorx application fails to start

Description
- ThingWorx was working without SSO
- After SSO was enabled by setting EnableSSO: true in platform-settings.json, ThingWorx fails to start
- ThingWorx log shows error message:
Caused by: com.thingworx.security.sso.SSOConfigurationException: Grants table does not exist

- ApplicationLog.log shows the below error:
