"Error Too many Requests" after clicking on the "Review Hub" tab in Codebeamer

Description
- The Review Hub is not accessible
- After clicking the Review Hub tab, the Review Hub page displays a varying number of
Error Too many requestsmessages and does not show any reviews:
- In some cases, also Login failed Too many requests messages appear
- The following entries appear in the logs:
INFO api.config.ApiThrottlingEvaluator - Following configurations were violated for ... INFO codebeamer.security.AccessLogFilter - Response status:Too Many Requests (429)
