Error trying to extractoccurs while installing Common Files for PTC applications- Creo Parametric fails to install as the Creo Agent does not install with status Unsuccessful (Applicable up to Creo Parametric 3).
- Unable to install the software with the unsuccessful installation of the Creo Platform Agent/ Creo Platform Services.
- PTC Installation Assistant does not launch after running setup.exe from CD image of application
