01. Revisit roadmap

As you measure the success of your Vuforia Expert Capture project, revisit your roadmap. Determine your next steps based on the value your project delivered. Plan any adjustments you need to achieve or sustain value for the organization. Consider how you will grow the use of Vuforia Expert Capture in your organization to achieve the most value.

Your roadmap should reflect what’s feasible and needed to grow your Vuforia Expert Capture program. For example, if you plan to start using Vuforia Expert Capture at additional sites or among new users, make sure everyone has the devices and training they need to author and execute procedures.

Review how many user seats you have. Are more teams across your organization going to start using Vuforia Expert Capture? If yes, will you need more Viewers, Authors, Managers, or Administrators? Do you have enough seats?

Revisit your long-term strategy and program goals. Consider if you need to adjust your priorities to meet your goals, and discuss any problems and new insights. Ensure your next steps are clear to all stakeholders to keep the project moving forward.

We also recommend encouraging employees to adopt Vuforia Expert Capture. Are they using Vuforia Vantage or Vuforia View to execute procedures? Can they teach others how to use the technology? Empowering users to teach one another will help integrate the technology in your organization.
