Description
- Issues exist that could result in significant data loss and unexpected disconnect issues when using the Influx V2 Persistence Provider
- Data loss Issues:
- Data fails to be written to InfluxDB from ThingWorx with error "The error occurred during writing of data" in Tomcat stdout log when using the Influx V2 Persistence Provider
- Influx v2 Persistence Provider fails to write to value stream with error "com.influxdb.client.write.events.BackpressureEvent.logEvent Backpressure applied, try increase WriteOptions.bufferLimit" in ThingWorx
- Influx Persistence Provider initialization fails during ThingWorx platform 9.3 restart
- Influx v2 Persistence Provider fails to write to InfluxDb with RequestEntityTooLargeException on ThingWorx 9.3
- Other Issues:
- Error "[2,000] Error occurred while accessing the data provider" when saving an Influx V2 Persistence Provider (Influx2PersistenceProviderPackage) in ThingWorx 9.3
- Some Influx V2 Persistence Provider messages are not redirected to the ThingWorx 9.3 logs
- QueryPropertyHistory fails on Thing with large number of properties logged into Value Stream stored in InfluxDB 2.0 Persistence Provider in Thingworx
