00:35 automating tasks, and accelerating product development from concept to launch. Windchill keeps your team's tools and data in sync. Together, you'll remove silos, build collaboration, and drive seamless execution. The new era of Windchill begins now. Built for what's new and what's next. Hi everyone. Thanks for joining me today. I'm John Haller, General Manager of the Windchill Product Group here at PTC.

01:05 I'm about seven months into the role now and wow, what an exciting year it has been. It was great to finish off FY25 with a bang, and we're excited to share with you what's coming up here in the future. We've got a lot to share today. Some big plans for the future of Windchill. This most recent release, which is available now, is the launch point for some of the biggest changes to come to Windchill in its nearly 30 year history. So with that out of the way, welcome to our annual What's New in Windchill release webinar. All right, today I'll be joined by Mark Lobo.

01:37 Mark is Senior Vice President of Windchill Product Management. And we're going to guide you through some of the latest updates, features and enhancements in Windchill, with the goal of helping to keep you informed of what's going on in the world of PLM and to get the most out of your PLM experience. But before we dig into the details, I wanted to start off with a little bit of housekeeping around our release cadence for Windchill. So this release marks the beginning of a transition to a new way of doing releases. We're going to be moving to an annual major release cadence.

02:10 There's a lot of implications of that. The biggest means that it should be easier for us to communicate to you about what's going on in our roadmap, what's compatible with each other, what's supported from the the legacy of our products. There are some big, big deal changes in that. One is every release that we have on an annual basis will be a major supported release, a long term supported release. This will be a big help for you because in the past we had both short term supported releases and long term supported releases,

02:40 and so every release will be a long term supported release. This should help a lot with compatibility. The other thing that I want to introduce is we're bringing to market what we're calling security updates. Think of this as your windows OS patches that come out on a frequent basis that have only security updates in the system. This is a big deal because we want our customers to be able to have all the latest security patches, but not have to have any concern that any new feature or anything different

03:12 about the way that Windchill operates is going to get in the mix. So both of those things are going to are going to start with this journey with Windchill 13.1.2. All right. So with that in mind, let's get into some of the big important focus areas for Windchill 13.1.2. What I think is the biggest part of this release, is we're taking our first steps on the journey towards our next generation user interface. This is a lot of different updates, but it's major updates to the visual

03:42 design language, the layout, the look and feel, the way that you're going to interact with graphs and tables, and so much more. We're continuing to make major advancements in our capabilities, as well. So specifically, in our manufacturing focus capabilities. We've created more intuitive, simplified tools to deliver that vital product data to stakeholders across your enterprise with our Navigate Apps. We're delivering more capabilities for BOM collaboration, with a major focus to support businesses that rely heavily on contract manufacturing

04:15 and supply chain collaboration. We've added richer functionality to help you drive sustainability initiatives, including, for the first time, material management and BOM analysis. We're enabling better collaboration between engineering domains with our integrated product engineering features that create traceable links across our ALM solution, Codebeamer, and the product data in Windchill. We've set the groundwork for advanced AI tools and AI agents that will be available in the coming months and years, including chat agents and AI assisted parts

04:48 rationalization, among the first to be available. And as always, we'll continue to update core PLM features and functions, as well as make enhancements to the architecture and platform to improve not only the experience of users, but of the architects and administrators who live and breathe Windchill every day. There's a ton of value packed into this release, and we can't cover it all here. So for more information on any of the topics that we don't cover today, be sure and check out the What's New and Windchill page on ptc.com, or reach out to your your sales rep.

05:21 As for today, Mark and I will be covering key highlights in next generation UI, manufacturing as designed, enterprise data access, BOM collaboration and design for sustainability. And we'll also give you a quick sneak peek at our AI plans. Let's dive in. Let's begin with probably our most anticipated topic today. Our user interface/user experience. We want the Windchill experience to feel intuitive, efficient, and most importantly, centered on you, our users.

05:52 To do that, we focus on four core principles that shape every decision that we make. The first principle is all about keeping you in your flow. Have you ever found yourself clicking through menus, filling out pop ups, or navigating wizards that pull you away from what you're really trying to do? We do know how frustrating that can be, and that's why we're working to minimize those interruptions and designing smarter table controls so that you can stay focused on your task. When you don't have to break your concentration to jump

06:22 between screens, your productivity rises and hopefully your frustration drops. Next, we aim to bring the information you need right to your fingertips. Imagine not having to hunt for the right file, or sift through multiple tabs and tables. Instead, the data that you need comes to you integrated directly into your workflow. This saves you time and effort, but more than that, it helps you to make faster, better decisions because everything you need is right there when you need it. That's how we help turn complex tasks into straightforward actions.

06:56 Our third principle deals with the Goldilocks problem; not too much, not too little, but just right. We want to give you exactly the information and functionality you need to perform the task at hand so you're never overwhelmed with clutter or left searching for what's missing. By designing smarter systems that respond to your needs we help you work with confidence and clarity, which means less guesswork and more results. Finally, we believe that every part of the experience should feel like it belongs together.

07:27 We create repeatable patterns, reusable components, and clear learning paths so that no matter where you are in the system, it feels familiar and intuitive. This consistency means you spend less time figuring things out and more time getting things done. It also makes it easier for you to transfer knowledge to do tasks or colleagues. Everyone benefits from a shared foundation. In essence, these four principles keeping you in context, bringing data to your fingertips, delivering just what you need,

07:58 and providing a cohesive experience, are how we put you at the center of the Windchill journey. We believe that when the interface works with you, productivity and satisfaction soar. That's the value we strive to deliver every day. With that said, I'm going to take you on a tour to show you three examples of how we put this philosophy into practice and into the product with our latest release of Windchill. As the primary entry point for most users, the home page sets the first impression and establishes the tone for the entire software experience.

08:31 The home page should serve as the user's central hub. They should quickly see the status of their key projects and open task, and with a click, they should be able to navigate right to where the action is. A more informative, easier to navigate home page improves the experience and efficiency of every Windchill user. There are a couple of key improvements to make this possible in Windchill's next generation UX. We've simplified the layout and added quick actions to easily execute the most common task in your to do list.

09:03 A recently used shortcut bar now allows users to promptly return to documents, components, and projects that they've been working on, reducing the time spent searching and improving continuity of work. And with new, powerful table controls, it's easier to filter, group, and sort the information and Windchill that is most critical to you in a way that helps you stay organized and on task. To make it easier to see everything you need to know at a glance, the table data in the next gen Windchill UI can be displayed

09:36 with dynamically updated graphs. We want you to get a sense for what's going on in your business without having to dig into the details. Take a look at the new home page, which is available now. We're evolving the underlying framework to simplify and streamline tasks based on user roles, making it easier for everyone to focus on what matters most. One of the first things you'll notice in the new UI is how it brings your work front and center. Recently accessed objects are displayed right at the top of your screen,

10:06 ensuring immediate access to your most relevant data. No digging, no searching, just immediate access to the things you've been working on. What truly sets the next gen UI apart is its configuration driven design. This means users will see exactly what they need. No more, no less, right out of the box. The open tasks are now in full view, with graphical indicators making priorities clear. Dive into your open tasks. You could choose other options such as plan assignments, assign or reassign with just a click.

10:38 Whether you're an engineer, a designer, or a change manager, your dashboard is tailored to your role, helping you stay in context and reduce unnecessary clicks, wizards, and popups. Column controls are smarter too. Pin key data, auto resize, sort ascending or descending. It's all about making the list work for you. The initial release will feature dynamic updates to graphs with similar functionality for tables scheduled in subsequent updates. Looking forward, we'll be layering an AI driven intelligence

11:10 to suggest configurations and optimize the UI based on user behavior. We're rolling out these capabilities incrementally, beginning with an initial release in Windchill 13.1.2, so you can begin experiencing the value right away. Windchill is your single source of truth, and this homepage makes it effortless to access, update, and drive actions from the data that matters most. Now, let's take a look at one of the core PLM tools that we've improved for this release. The bill of material is crucial to business

11:42 processes inside and outside of engineering. It serves as the central source of information about the components, materials, and assemblies needed to build a product. It ensures alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, reducing errors and streamlining processes. But this can only happen if that information is well communicated. That's why we decided to completely overhaul our BOM reporting tool, built on our new next-gen tech stack. From a single report interface,

12:12 you can now easily switch between report types, customize report layouts, toggle views, and export to Excel easier and faster than ever before to share with your stakeholders within the company or the extended enterprise. Here's a quick guide on the new BOM reporting tool. Welcome to our quick guide on running a new BOM report in Windchill. Let's start by taking a look at how BOM reporting used to work. In this older experience, when you wanted to view a BOM report, you'd go into the structure tab

12:43 navigate to the report section and from there launch the report of your choice. Each report would open in its own separate pop-up dialog box. Now, let's explore the new BOM report interface. You can quickly toggle between different report types. Exporting is faster with visibility options that let you skip loading views if all you need is the file. Customizing the report is simple. Drag columns to reorder or resize, or use settings to sort

13:16 ascending, descending, or auto sized them individually or all at once. Moving on to multi-level BOM types. The component list gives you a clean break down. The replacements BOM highlights alternates and substitutes, and the AML AVL BOMs show approved manufacturers and vendors. And once you're done reviewing or exporting, simply close the BOM report tab and you're right back in your original workspace.

13:49 For more, please search BOM reports in PTC Windchill help. The last thing I want to mention is that you will encounter that same table interface you saw in the home page demo, across the entire Windchill experience. We're rolling it out, starting with key launching off points like the folder, project, product, and library browsers, which are the foundation for organizing product data in Windchill. While this isn't a revolutionary change to your workflow, users will find it a much more streamlined experience.

14:19 It'll give you the ability to better organize your data and give you valuable time back to execute the tasks that matter. Here are some of the improvements to the table UI throughout Windchill. Intuitive, modern, and smooth interactions delivered through a clean visual language, clear hierarchy and subtle micro interactions make the UI feel effortless so users can focus on work and not the interface. Fast loading, enabled by optimized data fetching and lightweight rendering,

14:49 get you into folders and files quickly, and it reduces the idle time and bounce. Instant searching with type of head results and inline filters surface what you need as you type, without page reloads and no detours. Fast easy sorting and filtering with one click column sorts and filters helps you to narrow large data sets in seconds with clear, reversible actions. Drag and drop column organization allows you to reorder columns on the fly to match your task, so key

15:20 attributes stay in view and finding the right items gets simpler. And subtle tweaks to performance and polish, such as virtualized rows, skeleton loading states, keyboard shortcuts, and keyboard accessible navigation deliver a response that feels refined. These advances remove the friction and the intermediate steps between value-add activities and not only make the experience more enjoyable, it makes your teams that much more efficient and effective. All right, as we wrap up this segment on the new user experience,

15:51 I want to take a moment to reflect on the significance of modernizing our user interface and what it truly means for all of us moving forward. The enhancements you've seen, the streamlined layout, quick actions, dynamic dashboards, and the completely reimagined reporting tools aren't just about esthetics. They're about empowering you to work smarter, not harder, and ensuring that every interaction you have with our platform is intuitive, efficient, and aligned with your real world needs. We understand that the business landscape

16:21 is constantly evolving, and so should the tools that you rely on. Modernizing the UI is more than just keeping up with design trends. It's about supporting the way you work today and anticipating how you'll need to work in the future. A clean, powerful, and customizable interface reduces friction, it increases productivity, and it helps teams stay connected and lays the groundwork for AI collaboration. That's why what you've seen today is just a snapshot, a glimpse into a much broader transformation. Over the next couple of years

16:53 we are committed to continually delivering new features, smarter workflows, and deeper integrations all built on our next generation technology stack. This ongoing investment ensures that your workspace will not only keep pace with industry changes, but will help you stay ahead of them. Now, let's talk about what's on the horizon. Now I want to reiterate that this is an early view and subject to change. What we have is a phased approach extending out to Windchill 15, where we're looking to tackle foundational elements,

17:25 core capabilities, and admin tools. Next year with Windchill 14, we'll be rolling out our phase two updates of both the BOM reports and home page. We're also going to launch phase one of the new CAD data management and change management experiences. In 2027, Windchill 15 will continue with even more updates to change management, BOM management, as well as other key Windchill processes like issue management and quality workflows.

17:55 Along the way, we'll be incorporating what we consider foundational collaborative capabilities. Users expect to have richer experiences, even in their enterprise applications. With Windchill next gen, we will deliver real time features to improve collaboration throughout the process. This includes insight into who is looking at and working on the contexts you're viewing with user presence indicators, real-time commenting on processes and data, and other real time experiences

18:26 like dynamic page updates, without needing to refresh the browser. These will help deliver on the goal of greater teamwork and improved understanding, and lead to greater speed and quality. And we aren't forgetting about the champions behind the scene. This undertaking is supported with administrator tools and a developer journey guide. We're making it much easier to create and maintain customizations, and we're going to provide all the tools and knowledge to make your vision a reality. As we release these updates,

18:56 we'll be listening closely to your feedback, adapting to the ways that you actually use the platform, and making sure that every improvement serves to make your day to day work more seamless and impactful. Our vision is for the user interface to be a true enabler, removing barriers, surfacing the information that matters the most, and allowing you to focus on driving your business forward. Remember that today's demonstration is just one chapter in an ongoing story of innovation and improvement. We're excited to be on this journey with you, and I look forward to sharing

19:28 even more enhancements as we continue to modernize and evolve together. With that, I'll hand it over to Mark to cover some of the exciting new functionality enhancements. Really exciting stuff, John. Thanks for walking us through those UI and UX updates. It's clear that Windchill 13.1.2 is delivering a more intuitive and personalized experience for users across the board. And I'm truly very, very excited about what the engineering teams are working on

19:58 for Windchill 14 and beyond. Now let's turn our attention to the core platform itself. This release brings a host of feature and function updates that strengthen Winchill's foundation, from collaboration and data management to manufacturing workflows and beyond. We've made meaningful enhancements that drive value across the product lifecycle. So let's take a look at what's new.

20:29 Let's start off by digging into the manufacturing side of Windchill, an area where digital transformation is accelerating very rapidly. Whether you're working with suppliers, managing process plans, or integrating with ERP and MES systems, especially for those of you who are doing a modernization of ERP systems, watch out. This is a lot for you. Windchill is evolving to meet your needs across the many industries

21:01 and production environments that we support. This section, which we call manufacturing as designed, highlights key updates that empower manufacturing teams to collaborate more effectively, streamline operations, and scale with agility. From MBOMs and process plan management to browser based visualization and enterprise collaboration, Windchill is delivering faster, smarter

21:33 and more connected experiences across the shop floor and beyond. Let's explore how these improvements are helping manufacturers reduce friction, improve traceability, and stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Windchill 13.1.2 empowers manufacturing teams to plan with precision, execute with confidence, and connect with continuity. This release delivers targeted updates

22:04 that help teams work smarter and faster across key areas, like BOM transformation, transforming EBOMs to plant specific MBOMs, and process planning to ERP and MES integrations. Whether you're managing complexity, driving consistency, or enabling your workforce, these enhancements are designed to support execution at scale and with speed.

22:37 So here's what we'll cover. We'll look at a smarter generation of manufacturing BOMs, scalable and visual process planning, mass change and reuse capabilities. Then we'll look at quality and compliance enhancements, a seamless handoff to ERP and MES, and finally, workforce enablement through intuitive tools. In today's fast paced manufacturing environments,

23:08 agility and consistency are very critical. As product complexity increases and variant configurations multiply, the ability to quickly and accurately generate manufacturing BOMs becomes a strategic advantage for our customers. That's why BOM transformation is a critical focus area for us in this latest Windchill release.

23:38 Windchill now enables users to mass generate manufacturing BOMs from a generic MBOMs and a set of variant EBOMs or specifications. This capability eliminates repetitive manual work, reduces the risk of errors, and ensures consistency across product configurations, helping teams respond faster to market demands and production shifts.

24:08 On the process planning side, Windchill introduces a diagram based flowchart editor that allows manufacturing planners to visually edit process plans more intuitively. You can also mass generate process plans from generic templates and variant MBOMs, which helps you accelerate planning for new product introductions or production shifts

24:38 across your manufacturing plants. As your product lines grow and evolve, keeping process plans up to date can become a major bottleneck. That's why Windchill is making it easier for you and your teams to stay agile. With enhanced mass change capabilities, planners can now update operations across multiple plans simultaneously, saving time and reducing the risk of inconsistencies.

25:13 And when it comes to reuse, Windchill supports initializing MBOMs and process plans from very similar structures. This helps your team standardize deliverables, accelerate setup, and reduce duplication. Especially valuable during the new product introductions or production shifts. Maintaining quality and compliance across complex manufacturing environments is no small task.

25:46 Windchill ensures that your teams stay ahead by enabling mass editing of standard control characteristics directly from folder views and search results. You can also display model item attributes with units, improving traceability and helping reduce the chance of costly errors. These updates give quality teams the tools they need to work faster, stay compliant,

26:18 and ensure product integrity throughout the lifecycle. For many of you, this handoff from planning to execution is where things typically can break down. Windchill now ensures digital continuity by ensuring seamless integration of process plans into ERP and MES systems. So what does this mean for you? This means fewer manual steps, lesser errors,

26:50 and better alignment between engineering and manufacturing. The result? Improved first pass yield, reduce scrap, and a smoother path from design to delivery. And finally, these modernized tools support intuitive training and streamlined operations, helping manufacturers retain skilled workers and more importantly, onboard new ones

27:20 faster, which is a critical advantage in today's labor constrained environment. So in summary, Windchill is enabling you to plan smarter, execute faster, and deliver high quality products, all while staying connected across the enterprise. Next, let's talk about Creo View Web. It's a major leap forward for collaboration and visualization

27:53 in Windchill when it comes to adopting a model based design and a model based enterprise across the company. We typically see Creo View is used in manufacturing to visualize, validate, and collaborate on 3D and 2D product data across teams, especially those without access to expensive CAD tools. It enables design checks, markup

28:24 and cross highlighting between product structures and models, helping teams catch issues early, streamlining sourcing decisions and ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, service, and quality. This new Creo View Web capability delivers browser based, and I repeat, browser based, 3D and 2D visualization. No more desktop installs, plugins other IT complexity.

28:58 Hosted directly on the Windchill web server, it's available for both on premises and cloud and SAS based deployments. Even better, it's updated independently so you always have access to the latest Creo View Web features without waiting for a Windchill upgrade. Creo View Web currently provides a streamlined, read only experience optimized for 3D content

29:28 with 2D support and advanced tools arriving at upcoming releases. Stay tuned. Built on Windchill's new design system, it offers a consistent, modern user experience from top to bottom. Let's talk about the platform for a minute. Creo View Web works across major browsers on Windows, Mac, and tablets, delivering anywhere access to product data.

29:59 Its roadmap includes expanded device support and feature enhancements aimed at achieving full parity with Creo View desktop, including mockup, measurement, commenting, and authoring capabilities. This new Creo View Web delivers tremendous value by making product visualization and collaboration simpler, faster, and even more scalable across the enterprise.

30:30 Here's how it achieves that. In terms of scalable visualization, we're going to launch off at MCAD support and quickly expand to ECAD, drawings, and rich media formats, essentially positioning it as a future-ready platform for enterprise wide collaboration. It's focused on simplified accessibility. It's being included with Windchill 13.1.2 base license and managed through Windchill's own entitlement

31:04 authority, eliminating separate licensing processes. It's also focused on lowering IT overhead. With no standalone deployment required, teams benefit from fewer upgrades, reduced maintenance, and quicker rollout. In short, Creo View Web is about speed, simplicity, and scale, helping teams visualize, validate, and collaborate on product data

31:36 from anywhere without any barriers. All these enhancements in manufacturing generate a wealth of structured, actionable data. But the real value comes when that data is accessible to the people who need it, typically roles, departments, and workflows outside of engineering. That's where Windchill Navigate comes in. So for those new to Windchill Navigate, it's a suite of role based apps

32:08 designed to give stakeholders across the organization easy, secure access to product data without needing deep PLM expertise. Whether you're in manufacturing, quality, procurement, supply chain, or service, Windchill Navigate helps you view and interact with the latest product information like engineering BOMs, drawings, documents,

32:38 directly from Windchill through a clean, intuitive interface. At the heart of our latest Navigate 10.0 release, which, by the way, came out back in June this year, is the out-of-the-box View Work Instructions app, enhanced to provide a wider variety of process plan configurations, including those with and without sub operations. It delivers real time access to 3D and 2D visualizations

33:11 of manufacturing process steps in a tablet friendly user experience, replacing paper based instructions with interactive visual guidance. In addition, operators on the shop floor can report problems instantly, creating a feedback loop from the shop floor to engineering that improves quality and accelerates production. The app supports flexible configurations, enabling wide adoption across Windchill

33:43 MPM customers, even those with complex process plans with sub operations in them. We've also introduced a REST-based API, to make it easier and safer for companies to integrate the View Work Instructions app directly into their MES applications. So now let's talk about the new View and Acknowledge app.

34:14 This single page, role based app replaces multi-page context switching in Windchill, offering secure access to just the right data. It supports training tasks and e-signature workflows, creating a full audit trail of completed training, a critical capability for compliance heavy industries like you're in today. The UI is configurable, allowing organizations

34:47 to surface custom attributes that might be defined in Windchill. So let's take a look at a quick demo of the View and Acknowledge app. The end users experience often begins with an email notification from the Windchill system, indicating that a training task has been assigned. This email template can be configured to include a direct link to Navigate. When the user clicks on the link they are taken directly to Windchill Navigate to review their training tracking record.

35:20 Upon loading the page, the user can see the training record information, along with additional properties, configured by the administrator for display. For instance, the instructions and training deadline for the task. The training material is clearly displayed on the page with documents or URLs for user access. The user can instantly review the document upon clicking the link. After reviewing the document or training,

35:50 the user can mark the training task as complete by clicking the mark as complete button. If the training task requires e-signature, the user will be asked to enter their Windchill credentials again upon clicking Complete. Upon completion, a message is displayed showing the task has been successfully completed, and the user is then navigated to a list of remaining open training tasks. So these apps are not just for Windchill power users.

36:21 They open the door for non-Windchill users to participate in quality management and compliance workflows using role based credentials and a context rich UX tailored right to their needs. And the business impact of all of this? Employees across every role and vertical can now include real time Windchill data in daily decisions without needing Windchill training.

36:52 This drives enterprise wide engagement, improves process compliance, and ensures that PLM data is accessible, actionable, and most importantly, secure. So, in short, Windchill Navigate 10.0 is a strategic enabler for our customers to unlock enterprise wide PLM access and productivity. Not everyone needs the full power of Windchill for manufacturing.

37:25 In fact, many of our customers, especially those in high velocity environments like electronics and high tech, rely on contract manufacturing. For you, speed, flexibility and supplier management are powerful differentiators and require purpose built features to go from concept to physical product. A key component here are the BOM collaboration enhancements.

37:58 Let's walk through what's new and why it matters. Change redlining. Redlining of a BOM is a very difficult process followed for change intent planning, impact assessment and then executing the change. We've supported that in Windchill for a few years now. Windchill now supports red lining across documents, AML, AVL, classification attributes and notes.

38:30 This gives your team better visibility into change intent and downstream impact, all critical for fast moving environments. Next, let's talk about mass change and import/export enhancements. You can now mass change documents and import and export change intent processes via Excel spreadsheets, which is typically where it's done.

39:00 This streamlines collaboration with suppliers and internal teams while maintaining traceability, which is very critical in change management processes. Flexible change task releases are also very critical. Change tasks can now be released independently with support for effectivity at task completion. You can sequence tasks within stages and then track the actual start and finish dates,

39:32 giving planners more control and agility. Deviation traceability is another key tenet of change management. We can now specify temporary substitutes and their effectivity directly into the change process. This helps your teams manage exceptions without losing visibility, control, or traceability.

40:03 We've also introduced a new collector action that automatically includes related supplier parts in change tables, making it easier to collaborate with your supply chain and reduce manual effort. So what do these updates mean for you? These updates are designed to help you accelerate change planning and execution, improve collaboration with your suppliers and the supply chain, and effectively

40:34 reduce errors across the product lifecycle. For high velocity teams, Windchill delivers the following; faster execution through automation and mass actions, greater flexibility in managing change intent and supplier data, improved traceability across BOMs, documents, and supplier parts, and finally, a seamless collaboration between OEMs and suppliers in the supply chain.

41:08 Let's talk about design for sustainability next. As organizations continue to optimize manufacturing and enterprise wide workflows, one priority is becoming increasingly central. Sustainability. Well, it's no longer just a regulatory checkbox. It's a strategic driver of innovation, efficiency and companies brand value. With 13.1.2,

41:39 we're helping teams embed sustainability directly into product development and planning. We're making it easier to design with environmental impact in mind, tracking compliance and support circularity across the lifecycle. So design for sustainability isn't just about meeting regulations, it's about making smarter, more responsible choices.

42:09 With Windchill's new BOM and material capabilities, you can embed sustainability into your product DNA from day one. Windchill now offers a powerful BOM roll-up report that helps quantify sustainability related attributes across your product structures. You can configure which part attributes are eligible for rollup. It supports integer, real, real

42:40 with units, and Boolean types, and can apply multiple attribute calculations with flexible handling rules, already critical when you have a lot of data to process. This means that you can roll up critical metrics like weight, cost, carbon footprint, and compliance across assemblies, giving early visibility into scope three impact and enabling better design decisions.

43:12 The results are exportable and built on the same next gen UI that you heard John talk about. Making it easier to share insights across teams for better decision making around designing for sustainability. I want to switch over and talk about materials. On the material side, Windchill now introduces full lifecycle management for engineering materials, allowing users to define, assign, and trace

43:42 materials across parts and products. This traceability is key for sustainability, ensuring that intended material usage is visible and auditable throughout the development. We've also integrated that with Creo. Starting with Creo 12.4.1, you will be able to see automatic calculations of material usage, quantities,

44:12 as well as new REST APIs, including a dedicated sustainability domain in our REST APIs that supports crud operations and roll up calculations programmatically. Together, these capabilities allow teams to monitor key attributes, identify improvement opportunities, and support external activities like compliance reporting with confidence.

44:44 As you've seen, Windchill is redefining engineering excellence and manufacturing planning. From BOM transformation, scalable process planning, to enterprise integration and workforce enablement. So these updates help teams plan smarter, execute faster, and stay aligned across engineering and manufacturing. With that, I'll hand it back to John to wrap things up.

45:15 Before we wrap up, let's take a moment to reflect on what Windchill 13.1.2 really delivers. At the heart of this release is a modernized user experience via the next generation UI. It's built for speed, simplicity, and efficiency with our new homepage, BOM reports, and folder browser enhancements. It's the best looking release of Windchill that we have ever put in the marketplace, and it's just a taste of the major improvements to come. We've also seen how Windchill is transforming manufacturing,

45:47 from BOM transformation and scalable process planning to enterprise integration and workforce enablement. We've explored how Navigate is unlocking PLM access across the enterprise, and how new capabilities are helping high velocity teams move faster and collaborate smarter. And we've introduced powerful new tools for sustainability with BOM rollup reports, metric and material capabilities, and more. And there is so much more that we haven't even been able to scratch the surface of today.

46:18 This release isn't just about what's available today. It's also laying the foundation for what's next. And at the top of that list is AI. At PTC we view AI not as a standalone feature, but as a strategic amplifier of the value that we deliver through our products. Our focus is on a practical, high impact applications, ones that help teams surface insights, automate repetitive tasks, and make faster, more informed decisions.

46:49 That's why our AI investments are guided by clear value drivers across domains like engineering productivity, manufacturing efficiency, and quality management. Starting this Winter, Windchill customers will begin to see the first wave of AI powered capabilities. The AI assisted part rationalization is planned for this Winter. And document insight access is coming right after that early next year. These features are designed to reduce manual effort, improve decision making, and unlock new levels of productivity.

47:23 And very importantly, without requiring you to upgrade your Windchill deployment based on the new plugin architecture for delivery of AI capabilities into all supported releases of Windchill. We're also taking a thoughtful approach to roadmap prioritization. Our teams are working closely with customers to identify the most valuable use cases, and we're building out our AI plug in architecture to support rapid iteration and domain-specific extensions. This means we can deliver targeted capabilities faster,

47:53 while maintaining flexibility and scalability across the platform. Early access programs are already underway for Windchill customers, giving teams hands on experience with upcoming AI features in a direct line to influence roadmap direction. These pilots are helping us refine functionality, validate impact, and ensure that what we deliver is both powerful and practical. In short, AI is not just a future vision, it's a near-term reality. And with Windchill 13.1.2, you're already on the path

48:23 to smarter, faster, and more connected product development. So whether you're streamlining manufacturing, modernizing legacy systems, are preparing for the next wave of innovation, Windchill 13.1.2 is here to support you with a modern experience, powerful capabilities, and a clear path forward. Thank you for joining us today. We hope you leave inspired, informed, and ready to take the next step in your PLM journey. And as always, we're here to support you every step of the way.
