Quality is a core issue at Fresenius – something that can be touched and felt with every life-saving treatment. Yet while the company collected data, it lacked a way to transform that data into true quality intelligence.

Fresenius’ vision was to link product data with CAPAs, complaints and Nonconformances – providing a 360-degree view of networked product information. This vision was fulfilled by Windchill Product Quality.

The solution enables Fresenius to quickly relate quality issues to product and design decisions. Resolving CAPA issues is also faster and more efficient with expanded access to critical information.
