At the heart of this initiative is the PTC Foundation, our philanthropic arm that leverages resources to invest in purpose-driven programs and charitable activities. In FY25, the Foundation and PTC Inc. contributed more than $737,000 in corporate charitable giving through philanthropic grants and employee donation matching. Of that, $620,000 was directed to grantmaking, supporting 15 organizations worldwide, and helping create a better reality for communities across the globe.

This nonprofit uses research-supported strategies to help students excel in advanced mathematics.
Engineering for Us All (E4USA)
E4USA uses project-based learning and real-world problem solving to introduce high school students to engineering, as a way of making STEM education more accessible.
FIRST Robotics
With a mission to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, FIRST provides mentor-based programs that build science, engineering and technology skills in a fun, competition-based environment.
GameBased Education e.V.
GameBased Education e.V. uses game-based learning strategies to make STEM subjects more engaging and effective for learners of all ages.
Massachusetts Science & Engineering Fair (MSEF)
Since 1949, MSEF has empowered thousands of Massachusetts students to explore independent STEM research through science and engineering fairs, offering hands-on learning, mentorship, and opportunities to solve real-world challenges.
MINT Zukunft schaffen!
MINT Zukunft schaffen! is a German initiative that promotes STEM education nationwide by recognizing MINT-friendly schools, supporting teacher training, and connecting students with hands-on learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Rural Education Advancement Trust (REAT)
REAT empowers underserved communities in India through various initiatives such as the “Lab on Wheels” project, which helps foster hands-on learning and digital literacy in rural areas with the use of mobile STEM laboratories.
SAE Foundation
The Collegiate Design Series provides world-class, hands-on learning experiences for undergraduate and graduate students, developing and training the next generation of mobility engineers.
Ukraine Lyceum Angstrem School
In ten years, Ukraine Lyceum Angstrem School has taught an estimated 17,000 Ukrainian children living in 37 countries, all remotely. The school covers all subjects and disciplines required by the standard state curriculum, adapted for distance learning. They also teach optional engineering/CAD courses leveraging Onshape.
Community Support
City Year Greater Boston
An organization that sponsors young adults serving as AmeriCorps service members to provide educational support and to serve as mentors to at-risk students in under-resourced schools.
Doctors Without Borders
Founded in 1971 in France, Doctors Without Borders is an international organization that delivers emergency medical care to people affected by conflict, epidemics, and disasters in over 70 countries.
Pan-Mass Challenge
Founded in 1980, the PMC is an annual bike-a-thon that raises more money for charity than any other single event in the country. 100% of every rider-raised dollar goes directly to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for cancer research and treatment.
UP Education Network
Up Education focuses on partnering with the lowest performing schools in Massachusetts to transform them into exceptional learning environments. Their mission is to create exceptional schools for students who are systemically furthest from opportunity.
Environmental Sustainability
Free Geek Twin Cities
Free Geek Twin Cities refurbishes donated electronics to provide access to technology and digital literacy all while reducing electronic waste and promoting sustainability and digital inclusion thanks to their affordable prices.
Terraset – Catalyzing carbon removal
Terraset is a nonprofit that uses tax-deductible donations to purchase permanent, high-quality carbon removal, accelerating the growth of the industry while delivering environmental and community benefits like biodiversity restoration, job creation, and soil health improvement.
