In a standard Windchill installation, the Apache KeepAliveTimeout for Pro/ENGINEER should be set to an alternate value to workaround issues with Internet Explorer

Description
- When using Pro/ENGINEER with Windchill, the Apache KeepAliveTimeout typically needs to be changed to workaround limitations of Internet Explorer (see TAN 141707 for detail)
- Not using a default higher value for the KeepAliveTimeout may result in offline and unresponsive clients
- Keeping the client session alive is necessary when using a Blue Coat proxy
