- Configuration client is not connecting to the Runtime service in KEPServerEX / ThingWorxKepware Server
- Configuration not going online with project
- Configuration window shows status offline
- Event log shows:
Error KEPServerEX\Configuration Connection attempt to runtime failed. | Runtime host address = '127.0.0.1:[port]', User = 'Default User', Reason = 'This operation returned because the timeout period expired.'.
- Pop-up message:
KEPServerEX: Connection not established. Retry? (You can work offline by selecting 'No')
