Startup-enabling organization is a registered legal entity (registration certificate is required
Startup-enabling organization fosters and supports startups who design, manufacture (or intend to manufacture) and sell a discrete physical product or a family of products – this product is of the startup’s own intellectual property. Fostering and supporting startups is the primary purpose of this organization.
Startup-enabling organization has a website where their purpose, vision, offering and activities for startups are clearly presented
Startup-enabling organization agrees to not resell or provide services related to the products of this program (same applies to resident startups)
