Description

  • Add some users to groups or participants table fails with
Cannot process participant xxxxxx because a related disconnected participant wt.org.WTUser:xxxxxx exists in the database, and the User Automatic Reconnect preference is Disable
  • Searching for disconnected principals fails with
Page could not respond: /ptc1/principalpicker/principalPickerCD_step
Cannot restore "wt.ufid.RemoteObjectId.-1" because it no longer exists.
  • Error returned when accessing Windchill Principal Administrator or displaying Organization Groups:
Cannot restore 'wt.ufid.RemoteObjectId:<some id>' because it no longer exists
  • How to disable users from Database who has left the Organisations and are not searchable in Windchill.
  • Delete disconnected participant fails with
Cannot process participant xxxxxx because a related disconnected participant wt.org.WTGroup:xxxxxx exists in the database
  • Reassign Task have error message:
