Creo View, Creo View Adapters and Creo Illustrate 9.0 will not save pvz or c3di files larger than 4Gb correctly

Description
- When saving or publishing pvz or c3di files larger than 4Gb the files will not be correct.
- Some files will be missing and the pvz/c3di file size will not be larger than 4Gb
- Opening large files (+4 GB) and re-saving in 9.0, throws the following error:
The file could not be compressed. Please try saving again later or in a different location
- Issue is specific to large pvz files with size greater than 4GBs
- The Save All As PVZ operation completes, but the created PVZ cannot be completely loaded in Creo View
- Some components are not loaded
