How to enter insert mode other than moving the scroll bar

Description
Customers are using the method of suppressing the desired halfway position and beyond of the assembly by moving the green scroll bar at the bottom position in the assembly model tree. However, for large assemblies, moving this scrollbar can be a daunting task, and I'm asking if there is another way.
