  • Unable to create a Thing with the same name as a Thing that was previously deleted in ThingWorx
    Unable to create thing: xxxx : [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the model provider.] org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "model_index_entities_ukey" Detail: Key (entity_name, entity_type)=(xxxx) already exists Unable to create thing: xxxx : [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the model provider.]
    • Thing name is not accessible from Service or Composer
    • Thing not detected as Ghost entity
  • Unable to create Thing entities through Services if the Thing name previously existed
  • Unable to onboard new Thing entities with the same name which was previously deleted
  • Cannot create Things programmatically using Service code in ThingWorx Platform
