Unable to create thing: xxxx : [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the model provider.] org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "model_index_entities_ukey" Detail: Key (entity_name, entity_type)=(xxxx) already exists Unable to create thing: xxxx : [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the model provider.]- Thing name is not accessible from Service or Composer
