Description

  • Tomcat throws 404 "The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists" error for ThingWorx
  • ThingWorx platform fails to start 
  • Catalina log shows below error:
    • SEVERE [localhost-startStop-1] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.startInternal One or more listeners failed to start. Full details will be found in the appropriate container log file
       
  • StackOverflowError is thrown in Tomcat log:
    • SEVERE [localhost-startStop-1] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.listenerStart Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class com.thingworx.system.ThingWorxBootstrapper
