When Windchill with S1000D module is updated from fresh 11.1 M020 CPS 09 to CPS10 and Future CPSs or updated from 11.1 F000 or 11.1 M010 directly to 11.1 M020 CPS09, Method Server fail to start.

Description
- When Windchill with S1000D module is updated from 11.1 M020 CPS 09 to CPS10 and Future CPSs, Method Server fail to start with “The current install has not yet been updated by the update tool. Please run the update tool before attempting to launch the method server“ exception.
- Sisaad version in base is 11.1.0.00.685 and after updating, it will get changed to the required CPSs.
- After update is complete, while launching method server it will get aborted with below mentioned error.
- Error in Method server logs:-
