ThingWorx fails to start with "Flexara threw exception when checking for previously acquired license: Storage anchor break found"

Description
- Server is not able to download the Thingworx License
- LicensingConnectionSettings in \ThingworxPlatform\platform-settings.json have not changed and were previously working
- Upon startup, following errors appear in \ThingworxStorage\logs\ApplicationLog.log:

Please make sure the LicensingConnectionSettings settings in the platform-settings.json in the ThingworxPlatform directory are correct.
