Cannot log into ThingWorx and seeing ESAPI errors in the ApplicationLog

Description
- Cannot authenticate or log into ThingWorx
- ThingWorx is not running
- Seeing Basic Authentication pop-up box multiple times and can't log in
- User receive error "Failed to return license check"
- Errors reported in Thingworx log:
