"String index out of range” error reported when filtering query results in Integrity Web client

Description
- When a user tries filter the result of query by entering something in the Show Items Containing area, they get a "String index out of range" error
- Users do not see the error for all queries or all filters, only seen for specific query and/or specific filter
- After getting the error the web client must be reconnected or restarted
- Error in log:
- GENERAL(0): java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException -- java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -86
