Error when attempting to view Source Traces in Integrity: "Connection not found for user"

Description
- When viewing Source Traces from an Configuration Management context (eg. project view, sandbox view, etc), the View Source Traces command fails and reports this error:
- Connection not found for user xxxxxx. Perhaps you didn't download a mandatory Service Pack or Hotfix? Please try again.
