Description
- TOOLKIT application startup fails with following error as shown in the dialog below:
Creo Toolkit registry file < Full path to Creotk.dat file >: application "application_name" failed to start; see trail file for details
- Dialog with error opens when starting a Creo Parametric TOOLKIT application with minimum structure:
Startup of application <name> failed.
- Message in the trail file:
Foreign program "<application name>" failed to initialize: error PRO_TK_GENERAL_ERROR
- Application is compiled as DLL in C++
- Application is compiled using a custom Visual Studio Project (not using PTC make files)
- Application fails to start with error OS error 127 in std.out file
- Toolkit application does not register in user system but able to register in developer system
- Is it possible to configure PATHs to be searched for dependent third party DLLs during application startup?
