Description
- Login fails with HTTP 500 error and MethodServer error WARNING: The ManagerService is not initialized!
- Getting an HTTP 500 error getPrincipal failed when trying to connect into Windchill:
- Browser error:
javax.servlet.ServletException: (wt.fc.fcResource/0) wt.util.WTException: The operation: "getPrincipal" failed.
- MethodServer Error:
WARNING: The ManagerService is not initialized! This can be caused by:
1) Attempting to invoke a server only method from a remote client
2) Attempting to invoke a method on a service from the constructor or static initializer of another service
ERROR : wt.session.SessionUsers.ICache -
java.lang.NullPointerException
at wt.session.SessionUsers.registerEvents(SessionUsers.java:375)
at wt.session.SessionUsers.<init>(SessionUsers.java:121)
