Users with no Admin, CreateType, or CreateProject permissions can view "Admin objects" (users, groups, projects etc.) inside Admin GUI in PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager)

Description
- If a user has no administrative permissions (for example only Login allowed permission), they should not be able to view admin objects
- Users, Groups, Dynamic Groups, Projects, States, Types, Fields and Test Result Fields are visible in the PTC RV&S Administration Client even if the user has no Admin permissions (Workflows and Documents node)
- User can see admin objects even though they are not an administrator
- User can create new field without Admin permission
