Modified: 03-Oct-2018
Applies To
- PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) 2009 2009 SP5 to 12.0
Description
- Not all elements in the Web UI are passed correctly or at all to an assistive system (for example, a screen reader such as JAWS).
- Inverted Buttons in the Filter Editor
- The titles of the buttons Back and Finish are inverted on some dialog windows.
- Links
- The links in the areas Actions and Quick View are not implemented as links in the HTML-Markup.
- The users see the content just as plain text through the screen reader so they cannot recognize that they have the possibility to click on the content.
- Input fields
- For the input fields Go to item and Search all items the web recognizes this as a Read-only Input field and the user does not recognize the possibility to enter data.
- Drop-down menus
- Drop-down menus are not recognized as such by the screen reader.
- The user gets the information that these were plain text.
- Pick Lists
- Active pick lists are returned as Unlabeled 0 Switch by the screen reader.
- Inactive pick lists are returned as Read-only Input field.
