Implementer error VSS4004 as fails to resolve IP address before trying to Communicate to a Remote using TCP/IP lookup

Description
- a Domain Name Service (DNS) lookup is attempted on the host information specified in option 46 panel 3
- the TCP/IP address field in the screen will specify an actual IP address for IPV4 format such as 10.145.45.102
- if the host name look up fails, Implementer will simply convert the host information from IP address to it's internal representation
- If the customers DNS does any kind of unknown host redirect, then an invalid host name will return and will not have the correct IP address of the Implementer Remote
- Communication fails and returns an error message VSS4004 with return code of OPENICF1
- Move request or delete of a move request will fail even when IMCOM subsystem is running normally on the remote receiver
