Description
- ProEngineerConnect() returns PRO_TK_E_NOT_FOUND randomly
- Issue is always reproducible on x86e_win64 after the VB API code is called: (New CCpfcAsyncConnection).Connect(Nothing, Nothing,Nothing)
- VB Call (New CCpfcAsyncConnection).Connect(Nothing, Nothing,Nothing)always throws an exception: XToolkitNotFound
