[Knowledge Hub] Windchill PLM - Troubleshooting "wt.fv.FvFileDoesNotExist" errors

• Download fails with error 

  wt.method.client.httpgw - An exception occurred while processing the request.wt.fv.FvFileDoesNotExist

   
• Downloads or Replication fail with any of the following errors: 

  (wt.fv.fvResource/6) wt.fv.FvFileDoesNotExist:
  Cannot read: File "<mount path>\<filename>" does not exist
  wt.fv.master  - StdMasterSvc.doDirectDownload: File [nnnn] was not found.
                             java.io.FileNotFoundException: yyyy\nnnn

   

  (wt.fv.fvResource/5) wt.util.WTException: Cannot read: Local mount does not exist

   

  [(wt.fv.fvResource/56) wt.fv.FvFileDoesNotExist: Mount path does not exist] with root cause

• Exporting workflow templates is failing with error.
• Package delivery is failing with following exception :

wt.util.WTException: wt.util.WTException: wt.util.WTException: Problem in export/import process.
