Getting "LDAP: error code 53 - Rejecting the requested operation because the connection has not been authenticated" in Method Server logs in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- Following error message is displayed in Method Server log when user creates promotion request:
WfUserWorkQueue.PollingThread: wt.util.WTException: com.infoengine.exception.adapter.IEAdapterException; nested exception is:WfUserWorkQueue.PollingThread: javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 53 - Rejecting the requested operation because the connection has not been authenticated]; remaining name 'ou=...,dc=...'
