The attribute value of Windchill is not propagated to Pro/ENGINEER, when an object is not saved by Pro/ENGINEER.
- A configuration option auto_des_ilink_filebased_attrs is set o yes.
- Even though the attribute value is not propagated to Pro/ENGINEER, the parameter becomes as Designate.
