Description
- When adding a new note from file, it looks in the working directory, the config.pro option pro_note_dir does not work
- Inserting Note from File with config.pro option pro_note_dir set to desired note directory does not take user to specified location
- Behaviour of config option pro_note_dir is not consistent with pro_symbol_dir and pro_table_dir
- config.pro option pro_note_dir is specified, but it does not take effect when calling note. It will not be called from the specified path, but from the working directory path.
