Description
- Error message " the previous restart was unsuccessful. Port XXXX is also occupied" will appear when starting the application
- Port <####> is occupied preventing data sharing between PTC applications
- For example, port 1239
- Even after closing Creo Parametric, Task manager shows residual "nmsd.exe" and "genlwsc.exe" process
