Windchill PDMLink: CAD Worker fails to publish with the FTP file transfer error "The system cannot find the file specified"

Description

  • Windchill worker fails to publish, with the following errors in the Worker Agent logs:
    • java.io.FileNotFoundException: 550 The directory is not empty
    • CWD /pubfolder: 550 /pubfolder: The system cannot find the file specified
  • Method Server logs show error after setup of FTPS with Microsoft IIS:
    • java.io.FileNotFoundException: 550 The system cannot find the path specified.
