Description
- When trying to add a component (Windchill Business Reporting or PartsLink) to an existing installation, PSI (PTC Solution Installer) displays:
Base load point directory <wt_home>\PSI already exists.
Choose another directory that does not already contain an installation.

- PSI gives error "Base load point directory <wt_home>/PSI already exists." when trying to add a component to an existing installation
- While installing Windchill Business Reporting (Cognos), PSI shows Failed Validation message box with error "Base load point directory XXX/PSI already exists."
