Description
- Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire TOOLKIT DLL causes Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire to exit, when initialized during launch, but not when initialized later.
- If loading TOOLKIT DLL at the start of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire, Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire will crash after showing the splash screen.
- If registering the TOOLKIT DLL after the startup of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire, it will get a running TOOLKIT DLL.

- Exit happens only with users that have no administrator rights.
- Issue happens only when launching TOOLKIT application during Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire startup, not when registering and launching later.
- Trail file contains nothing than the welcome message.
