The Cognos model update fails with a "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException" in Windchill

Description
- When performing a Cognos model update by running the command windchill com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.report.ReportHelper modelupdate in a Windchill Shell, the command exits prematurely with the following exception:
java.rmi.UnmarshalException: error unmarshalling return; nested exception is: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.axis.AxisFault at sun.rmi.server.UnicastRef.invoke(UnicastRef.java:178) at wt.method.MethodServerImpl_Stub.invoke(Unknown Source) at wt.method.RemoteMethodServer.invoke(RemoteMethodServer.java:647) at com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.report.ReportServiceFwd.updateThirdParty ReportModel(ReportServiceFwd.java:276)
