The default workspace display set by "Set Preferece" (such as #As A List or #As a Featured Objects list") would not keep, when the table display is switched from "All" to "CAD Documents only"(Windchill PDMLink, Pro/ENGINEER)

- The value of preference must always be effective, nevertheless Locked is set or not
- For example, As a Featured Objects list should be displayed in the WS table, even if the user changes from As a Featured Objects list to As a list, as long as the preference is set to As a Featured Objects list
- Locked should not influence the value of preference
